Dalise Hector

Project Manager

Dalise began her career in the settlement and integration field in 2010 as the information advisor for the Moose Jaw Newcomer Welcome Centre (NWC), one of Saskatchewan’s regional gateways, and a division of the Moose Jaw Multicultural Council (MJMC). She later served briefly as a settlement worker in schools (SWIS) before returning to the NWC as program manager until 2018 when she moved to her current role.

She holds a bachelor of arts from Briercrest College and has pursued continuing education in international community development through Mount Royal College as well as training in project management through University of Regina.

With a sharp focus on collaboration and community development, Dalise is passionate about newcomer-community integration. She enjoys leveraging social, organizational, and financial capital for greater community cohesion.

 

JIDE KASSIM

project manager

Jide is a results-driven leader with over 18 years of experience in project management, communications, and community development. As Project Manager of Prairie Skies, he leads initiatives that strengthen community-newcomer integration, promote collaboration across sectors, and advance inclusion across the region.

With a background in information technology and management, Jide brings a systems-based approach to social impact work—combining strategy, technology, and partnerships to build programs that are both practical and transformative. A passionate advocate for equity and belonging, Jide has led projects designed to shift public narratives and foster welcoming, resilient communities.

Before joining Prairie Skies, Jide worked in the United Kingdom’s technology and management sectors, serving clients such as Prudential UK and RFL Group. His transition to community-focused work reflects his deep commitment to using his expertise to empower people and improve systems that support integration, diversity, and inclusion.

Jide is known for his collaborative leadership, clear communication, and skill in turning ideas into action, fostering stronger connections between newcomers and host communities across Saskatchewan.
